Hello,
I am on a vacation in Southeast Asia. My Charge 5 screening keeps freezing with the Fitbit logo flashing about 10 seconds interval after a day of working. I can’t reset it with a USB cable. I have to wait for the power to drain itself out so I can then to re-setup the tracker. Any unsynced data is lost.
Is it because the wall outlet is 220V, or the hot climate of the region effecting the tracker?
Thank you,

Hi @HuyLuu. Good to see you participating in the forums.
Thank you for providing the details regarding this difficulty with your Charge 5. Thank you for trying to fix it on your own.
Please keep in mind to plug the charging cable that came with your Fitbit device into a USB port on your computer, a safety-certified USB wall charger, or other safety-certified, low-energy power source. Attach the other end of the cable to your device.
In addition, confirm that you are trying to restart the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
