My Charge 5 will no longer swipe off the main clock screen after its had the new update.
It's recognising me touching the screen as it is still scrolling through the options of showing heart rate/steps/calories etc.
Tried restarting using the charger and installing a different clock app. Nothing has worked so far!
Anyone have any ideas?

Having the same issue too since early December. My Charge 5 wont move off main front screen. Battery power now only last 1.5 hours. It will count steps and syncs with phone. Have hard restarted it many many times too and no such luck. Cant make contact with the support team either as chat and email not working. In Australia.

I restarted it by putting it on the charger and pushing the button on the flat end(where it connects to usb) 3 times and it restarted and works fine now

@Ktbt @BeckyBecker I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've shared some instructions with you. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
@MsM456 In addition to the three pulse restart, please let me know if you already tried changing the clock face option, as this has been useful for other users. Regarding the battery that is draining too fast, please exhaust all the troubleshooting options listed in this article.
