Charge 5 screen not turning on

I have had my device less than a year and about a week ago the screen stopped turning on. It is still tracking data and syncs with my phone but the screen wont turn on at all.

 

I have tried checking for updates and restarting the device but to no avail. What else can I try?

Check it very well probably the brightness is dark.

Checked that as well. It will turn on very briefly randomly and then fades out and won't turn on again.
