I updated my fitbit mobile app and I guess it auto-updated my Charge 5's firmware to 194.91. It's useless now. Screen won't come on. It will charge and even vibrates when plugged onto the charger or when I press the button on the charger but the most action I see on the screen is a flash of a white bar. I was thinking of backloading the previous mobile app version but is there even a way to wipe my fitbit's firmware to install the previous firmware version?
