Charge 5 Keeps going to Logo screen during exercise

My Charge 5 keeps going to the Logo screen during workouts, eventually it goes off and I have to re-charge and reset, then it works, as soon as I workout off it goes again.  I have tried going through the process outlined in the thread for Charge 5 sitting at Logo screen, but this has not helped.  I have emailed customer support but no response.
