Seems to be charging. Does not work on my wrist. The screen will not come on. Is this the end?

Hi, @Homenow, welcome to the community, allowing you have charged your Charge 5 for at least 60 minutes try restarting it as demonstrated in this Video at 1:30 If you are still stuck, try changing the clock face via the Fitbit app on your phone.
If you are still not able to make any progress your next best move is to contact "Customer Support" online or via the Fitbit app on your phone. Use the chat facility or phone for prompt attention (not email) Depending on where you are & who you bought your Charge 5 from & when you may still have the benefit of Fitbit's return and warranty policy You will need the details I mention if the agent is to consider a claim.

Hi, @Homenow, thanks for the feedback, small wearable devices have a limited lifespan dictated by the number of charge/discharge cycles and they do lead tough lives. The longest warranty (depending on where you are) is two years & of course, accidental damage is excluded. The Charge 6 is the current charge device, it might be worthwhile checking out Amazon over the next week or two to see if they are on offer. Remember Amazon are not necessarily the cheapest.
