Charge 5 screen unresponsive

My new enough charge 5 screen stopped responding suddenly last night. It vibrates when charging, vibrates when reset with button x 3 etc so it is working but when I tap the screen, nothing. 

 

Its working but nothing happens when I tap my screen. Any advice??? Tnks

I updated the app last night btw so I wonder if that had something to do with it 🤷‍:female_sign:
