My Charge 5 used to activate screen with arm movement without tapping now I have to tap screen each time to see clock, etc. How can I get it to activate screen by not always having to tap?

Hello @Sg54209
I moved your post from the Android platform forum to the Charge 5 Product help forum since your question is directly related to the device and not the Android app.
It sounds like Screen Wake on your Charge 5 is set to Manual. When Screen Wake is set to Auto, the display shows when you move your wrist. When it's set to Manual, you need to tap the screen to wake it up.
To check the Screen Wake settings:

Hi @Sg54209
Thanks for letting us know that your Charge 5 is back to showing the display when you turn your wrist and it was a relatively easy fix.

I've tried this 3 times and it keeps resetting itself to Manual.
