Where do I start. I loved Fitbit before Google took over. Out of the blue screen went black, couldn’t get it to work tho it responding to charging. My cable doesn’t have a reset button and apparently you cannot reset from the phone app.
I installed new clock faces and once in a while, the screen would suddenly start working for a week. Then stop.
Then, in addition to the black screen, when I flip my wrist it randomly turns bright white. When it’s charging it spazzes from black to %charging to white. I got over this and kept wearing it because it tracks my data and I can’t afford to get another watch after this is the 3rd Fitbit I’ve had issues with.
Fast forward to today, the app says I have 6,000 steps and 94 zone minutes. I sync my watch. It finishes syncing. Now I have 0 steps yet 94 zone minutes. No amount of syncing or manual phone syncing will fix it.
im not asking for a solution- ive read and tried all the tricks people suggest. I just hoped others could empathize with a post that lists all the problems, not simply a dim screen or inaccurate sleep tracking. Thank you. 😊
