My fitbit charge 5 was in the midst of recording my workout when it went bonkers. The screen went blank and started vibrating on & off showing the fitbit logo. After a while, it showed the red circle with a X sign.
I plugged it to the charger when I got home to attempt to restart. It didn't work. My fitbit started flashing the fitbit logo & vibrating before the screen went blank. I waited for a couple of hours to attempt to restart and the same thing happened.
My charge 5 is about 3 years ago. Is this a sign that it is gone for good?
