My Charge 5 abruptly stopped working last Saturday while I was out of town. When I got home today I charged it and when it came back on it was showing 17% battery, but wouldn’t sync (it was still showing the date and time from when it stopped working). I ended up reaching out to customer service and a hard reset, followed by me having to forget the device on my phone seemed to fix things momentarily. It’s been several hours after all that and now my Charge 5 won’t sync again. Both my phone and charge 5 have the latest updates/firmware, and the app is up to date. I’ve only had my charge 5 since last August, and I’ve not really had any other problems with it other than this. Anyone else experiencing issues like this?
