Hi,

yesterday I updated my Fitbit. This morning I took a shower and after that my screen doesn’t work anymore.

I have charged it and did a restart. The Fitbit works and even syncs with my phone, but the screen stays dark. (No scratches)

Any ideas?

Thanx,

Reyald

Hi there, @Reyald. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

@Reyald Welcome to the Fitbit community!

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working properly. If your device doesn't wake up on double-tap or doesn't show battery percentage when connected to the charging cable, it might be defective. I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get further assistance:
