Charge 5 shows Fitbit logo

This post is more of a vent. I literally have never posted an online review, blog, comment, etc so here goes. Trying to get my Fitbit Charge 5 To work again after being stuck on the logo with no success. Tried over A 48 hour period of time. I contacted Fitbit for assistance and basically I got I’m sorry you’re having this issue but you’re out of warranty, here is 50% off to buy a new device. A very quick Google search, and you can see the numerous issues there are with this device, which includes all of the postings here. 
Similar to when Google stopped supporting a dropcam device and you had to replace it with a new device, I’m wondering if that is what the MO is with this. 
Will have to think very hard to consider buying another device from Fitbit.

I was able to confirm you contacted support via email and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them once again.
