Charge 5 shows error when using ECG app

Getting an error message that I can't get to clear. I would restart my watch, but can't figure out how...

Thanks for the details regarding the situation with Ecg on your device.

Please, before considering other options try to perform restart.

In addition, I would recommend uninstalling your ECG app and re-installing it.  

To uninstall go to your app:

  • Open Today tab
  • Click on the person photo/icon top left to go to the Account screen. 
  • Click on your Charge 5 picture
  • On the next screen choose Gallery at the top and then “apps”.  
  • Select the ECG app and click uninstall.  
  • Make sure you sync your Charge 5 after uninstalling.  
  • Confirm that ECG is no longer on your Charge 5.

I wasn't able to uninstall the app because when I opened the Today tab I do not have a person photo/icon on the top left. When I click on my Charge 5 pic (which is on the right), it doesn't have Gallery as an option. I was able to restart though, and that fixed the original problem. Thanks.
