ECG in Charge 5

Bought charge 5 today, after setup i tried to use Ecg app but its not working. Is that the problem in my device or its not supported in India ?

Thanks for sharing the inquiry regarding Charge 5.

I'd recommend you perform a restart. Additionaly, uninstalling your ECG app and then re-installing it.

In order to uninstall please follow these steps in the Fitbit app:

  • On Today screen click on the person photo/icon top left.
  • Click on your Charge 5 picture.
  • On the next screen choose Gallery at the top.
  • On “apps” select the ECG app and click uninstall. At this moment, please make sure you sync your Charge 5. Confirm that ECG is no longer on your Charge 5.
  • Return to your Gallery and apps, and then re-install the ECG app.
  • Sync again and confirm that the ECG app is back on your tracker.
