Charge 5 shows flat line in ECG

I can see this ecg in my fitbit charge 5.it is my mother who uses it.but she says she does not took the ECg on the time it is mentioned on it.Is there any reason,how it would have generated,or is there any way fitbit captures the ECG by other materials contact also without the fingers.
