Charge 5 stuck on logo

My charge 5 is stuck on the logo. I’ve tried restarting a few times and that doesn’t help. It looks as though the device is restarting but it stays on the logo. 
I’ve tried changing the clock face but I get an in app message saying that there was an error connecting to the device. 
The device had about 90% battery earlier this evening. 
what else can I try?

You need to contact tech support so t hey can run through their requirements with you and if it's in warranty, to get it replaced if necessary. If it's not in warranty, they will likely offer you a coupon towards a new one.
