Charge 5 shutted down

Hi, 

 

After a day my charge 5 suddenly shut down. The screen went black, and  I couldn’t connect with my phone. When I came home 2  days later I connected to the charging cable it restarted and is werking again. For now. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, any advice how to fix it?

Let's make sure that your Charge 5 has been fully charged, this to ensure that the battery lasts up to 7 days. As you mentioned that you tracker is working now, continue monitoring its functionality.
