Returning my Charge 5

It looks like nice kit but I'm returning my Charge 5.

Main reason is the date format issue. I'd persevere if it was "an oops we got that wrong let us fix it" but it is clear from this community board that this is a recurring issue on most of their new watches.

The clock faces are also an issue. I'd like a practical face that shows time and steps that my aging eyes can read easily. But it clear from the funky clock faces that I'm no longer part of Fitbits target market.

I'm not willing to be a guinea pig for their product if they don't listen to their customer base so I'm returning my Charge 5. Once my cracked and tired Charge 2 finally gives up the ghost and after more than six years it'll be bye bye Fitbit

@Kiwit22 Hi there.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Charge 5.

Your feedback and comments are appreciated, we're always striving to improve our services offered and the Fitbit Community is a big part of this process. Sorry to hear that you're returning your tracker.

I was able to see that you left your comment on this idea, be sure that they are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans.

In case you're interested, check out the Fitbit smartwatches such as Fitbit Versa 3 or Fitbit Sense, they have bigger screen and additional features.

Hope you can continue being a Fitbit user or give us another opportunity in the future.
