Sleep score shows up, but as soon as I push Benchmark, the app shuts off.
I've tried updating, I've tried deleting app and reinstalling, and my Charge 5 has latest firmware (I think).
What's going on?
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Welcome to the community forums @socalbum.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'd like to know: Does this happen when opening other tiles?
In the meantime, please give a try to the following steps in the given order:

Same crashing experience Inspire 3. New issue the past week or so.

Same crash event when Benchmark is selected in sleep detail.

Tried your suggested logout of app, force close app, turn off phone (iPhone X), restart phone, log into Fitbit app (using google creds), and selected Benchmark in sleep detail. Crashed on Benchmark selection.

I logged out of the fitbit app, i shut down the phone, and waited 30 seconds to start it up again, opened the fitbit app and logged back in...benchmark still not working.

Hello @socalbum , @Napabrown
Although I'm not sure that this will work, you could try clearing the storage/data for the Fitbit app on your phone, doing a Force stop, then open the app again. You'll have to log back into the app after clearing the storage/data.
It's probably a good idea to do a sync before clearing the app storage. When you log back into the app, your tracked data should be restored.
