Charge 5 sleep data not syncing consistently

For the past several weeks my Charge 5 has not been syncing my sleep data consistently. See pics.

Also, I have Sync set to automatic, but I still must manually sync from my iPhone (OS current) in the FitBit app

Lastly, is there a way to send FitBit data to Apple Health?
