Impossible to get data of sleep. It says that the device is not on the wrist

Hello @alysamassi 

 

Sorry to read this. Are you wearing the device about 2 cm above the wrist and is it tight enough ? It should not be too loose.

I have had a fit bit for over 5 years…its in the same exact spot it always is in and it wont read my sleep either.  Mine is a replacement because my other charge 5 stopped working after 6 months.  So the “new” one isnt reading my sleep. This is my last fitbit….
