I've had a Charge 5 since June 2022 and it's always recorded my sleep score. Last week it suddenly stopped and only shows basic sleep information. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps listed in other similar posts on this forum: reset device via USB charger, restarted phone, don't use the begin sleep now feature, sleep for more than 3 hours, haven't changed sleep patterns nor positions, batter is charged....nothing works. This just stopped suddenly after working every day for many months.
I chatted with support which was disappointing, They gave me all the same troubleshooting steps I told them I already tried. Then they told me how to get a better night's sleep, obviously not reading what I told them about my sleep patterns not changing,. Finally they said I'd get an email from their team which I never did. It looks like my experience isn't unique.
