Recently, my Fitbit started lagging and not responding. I don’t know what the problem is but it’s getting worse every day. It now shows me my stats from yesterday and it’s slower than ever before. I can’t synchronise in the app and the only thing support says is that it’s not connected with Bluetooth, but that is not correct. I have got my Fitbit for almost 6 months now and it is already dying. How can I keep it alive. I have looked after it with care so it can’t be down to me.

Hi, welcome back to the Community forums, @Jheunu.
I appreciate all the information that you've shared about the inconvenience that you're experiencing with your Charge 5.
If you're still having trouble with the device lagging and not responding, please make sure that you've tried restarting the device using the three pulse restart method described here below:
Regarding the problem to sync your Charge 5, keep in mind that you need to sync through the Fitbit app and not through the Bluetooth settings on your phone. In addition to the restart mentioned earlier, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
I'll be around.
