Fitbit has started talking to me when I'm hiking. Announces miles and heartrate through my iPhone. Super creepy annoying!
Have ALL notifications turned off and still does it.
Please help before I toss the **ahem** thing off a cliff!!

Hi there, @JessMc76. @Odyssey13 Thanks for the heads up and help.
@JessMc76 Thanks for letting us know about this situation, and checking the notifications prior to posting. Based on the information shared in your post, could you confirm if your activity was initiated from your phone? Let me explain the Fitbit app has the MobileRun feature which allows you to track certain activities using your phone's GPS sensors. With this function you can also activate voice cues to hear during your activity.
Assuming that'd be the case, please try the following steps to turn off the cues:

Hi @JessMc76 do you have Alexa on? Fitbit only talks if you have Alexa set up to alert you. See if that's what is happening. Let us know what's going on. Meanwhile, I'll ask a Fitbit Moderator to stop by to address this with you.
