I restarted and charged my Charge 5 a few times when it failed to respond over the last 24 hours. It seemed to be okay this morning and then it stopped counting steps after 2,617, though I was still on the treadmill. Also, active zone minutes are listed at 323, which isn't mathematically possible (or correct). Does anyone know how to fix this step issue?
