Charge 5 … still dead

My husband and I bought Charge 5’s together end of May. Mine worked for maybe for 2 months.  I swim in a pool with it. Tried all the troubleshooting scenarios. Buzzes on charger but the screen is never visible. Its useless.  I went back to using my Charge 4 in July which just died today. Not good.  Need customer support help!

@Jills3 Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working properly. To solve this issue, I first would try to restart the device using these instructions:

If this doesn't work, please contact Fitbit Support as your device, having been bought in May, is covered by Fitbit's warranty:
