Charge 5 still having major issues

Despite all attempted fixes my charge 5 still will not sync, freezes, and has a blank screen.  All intermittently but nevertheless not working as it should be.

If you tried most of the methods, then just directly reach out to customer support. Nobody will forward your case here.

Long term fitbit user since Flex. Some behaviors are rude.

I have just reached out to customer support in the UK and their response was "because of ongoing issues it will be at least 7 working days" before I get a response! So much for customer support!!
