My fitbit Charge 5 has stopped charging when connected. Connection all seems ok. Any ideas?

Hi, @eliza49 , first be sure to confirm that the plug and outlet you are using is working. If they are working but the Fitbit still remains blank when plugged in it may have become unresponsive, rather than not charging, especially if the battery has been allowed to die completely. Go ahead and give it a couple of hours charge, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging. When it has been on the charger for an hour or two try the restart procedure using the button press method. You may need to try this a couple of times as a single restart does not always work. With luck your Fitbit will spring back to life.
