Charge 5 stopped holding a charge

After 13 months (yes, 1 month out of warranty), overnight my Charge 5 stopped holding a charge for more than 15 minutes, and then went into a constant restart. Before the restart problem, I tried all the recommended fixes, from updating, to cleaning the contacts, to restart cycles, etc., but nothing worked. I wanted to try to clear the data and remove it from the app, but cannot because it's in constant restart mode. Any suggestions?

I can't help, but I am having the same issue.

I took mine swimming on the swim mode. It stopped working. Not sure if they are going to replace it. Waiting on an email.
