Charge 5 stopped receiving WhatsApp messages

Hi there, I have a Charge 5

WhatsApp messages have been coming through perfectly now suddenly stopped. All the settings are still to receive notifications and it’s syncing fine - any ideas?

To better assist you, may I know if you're receiving any other notifications? Like text messages, calls, etc.? Is your Charge 5 also vibrating when you reach your step goal? Is it vibrating for your alarms?

If your Charge 5 is not doing any of the above, I'd suggest checking if by any chance DND is enabled. Also, please check Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

Thank you so much! For some reason (I didn’t enable it knowingly, but DND was enabled! I have turned it off so hopefully all will be ok. I’ll get someone to text me now 👍 and will let you know.
