Charge 5 stopped syncing after the Fitbit app update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I updated the fitbit phone app to 4.57 earlier in Dec 2025 on my iPhone 16.

Before the update, i had a kids device, Ace 3, under my account and was able to switch between kids view and parent view and sync both devices.

After the update, phone app don't contain my Charge 5 neither Ace 3. Meaning I can't see any device under my account through the phone app. Need help to figure this out.

Thank you!

Hi there, @leonwong. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

According to the description in your post, it seems you have logged in with a different account, as it is highly unlikely that your devices would be removed after an update. Would you mind checking that you're in the correct Fitbit account? To do so, from the Today tab tap the settings icon in the top left. Tap Account Settings and check if the email is the correct one. If you figured that your email is not the one were you have your devices, just log out and log in with the correct email address.

If the above does not describe your issue because the email is the correct one, try setting up your devices once again by following these steps

Thank you @MarreFitbit!  I don't have a different account. Only have one account with a charge 5 and a kids device. Fortunately i have another apple device with the old fitbit app on it that can help me sync both devices. Today the new app on ip16 started working, but does not show the kids device. Any idea on how to find that back?
