Charge 5 stopped syncing

Not syncing with my Fitbit app today for the past three hours

Aw man, that's frustrating! Have you tried restarting your phone or checking your Bluetooth connection?

I don't have a physical device or direct access to personal accounts or settings.

Fitbit site was down. I made the mistake of unpairing my charge 5, now trying to pair again.

Having started at Jun 27, 15:58 PDT, there have been intermittent issues with logging in and syncing for Fitbit users who had migrated their Fitbit accounts to Google or had created a new Google account for their Fitbit devices because one of the corresponding Google servers was overloaded. This issue is resolved by now.

Yes , all back working now , I thought there was some maintenance issue as was showing synced but not updated onto app .. thank you for all responses .. I too had reset about three times but did not delete the app just in case I lost data although backed up , don’t know reliable that would be
