Charge 5 screen acting odd

My Fitbit showing two screens at once constantly no blank screen tried to restart nothing happened

Hi, @Scooby-sue, welcome to the community, to restart using the button you must follow the instructions precisely as demonstrated in this video, If this fails try changing the clock face in the app on your phone. From the "Today" screen touch your icon in the top left corner>Chrge 5 tile>Gallery>Clocks tab> choose another clockface>install, this should appear on your device after a few seconds. Should this fail to correct your issue I recommend you talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.

It's a good idea to make a note of the steps you've tried and the result before making your call so you can brief the agent accurately and allow them to move your problem forward without delay.

You do not mention how long you have had your Charge 5, you may have the benefit of Fitbit's warranty depending on when & where you bought it. The agent will need this information.
