My Charge 5 read my HRV at 0 the last two days--which dragged my readiness down to 18. I wore it over night and it tracked everything else. Has this happened to anyone else?
I have been using a Garmin on my other wrist and it tracked my HRV just fine (108)--just in case anyone thinks it is possible that I really had a 0 HRV.

Hi there, @dz1234. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not tracking your HRV data. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Keep in mind that several factors can affect HRV, including age, sex, sleep quality, stress, and lifestyle choices, such as nutrition and exercise.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend resetting the heart rate settings by following the steps below:

I have done this now, although the heart rate seemed to be fine. So far, my HRV is still listed as 0 from last night, but we will see what happens when I go to sleep tonight.

Also, it says "Moderator Edit: Clarified subject". The moderator did not clarify. The moderator made it inaccurate. My heart rate tracking is fine--my heart rate variability stopped tracking. Why change my accurate subject to an inaccurate one?

This seemed to do the trick. My HRV is back.
