For months my spo2 does not consistently record. I noticed in the community multiple people have this problem and others. Yet we go to support and we all go through the steps support makes us all go through those that we've already done ourselves but we do them again and then release the chat with.. okay there you go. But we the customer know full well it still isn't going to work, so does Fitbit. And if you pursue this issue because of the failure to work they will eventually just offer you a discount on the purchase of a new watch. That's it, period. They don't care. When you go and chat you get the little bot support person who just repeats the same garbage. There is no support if there's an issue the if it doesn't fix on reboot which the consumer is capable of doing themselves it's not going to get fixed. It seems like a systemic problem in either the hardware or the software, but we the customer are left with 0 resolutions. NOTE TO GOOGLE.. read the hundreds and hundreds of community posts with UNRESOLVED issues & problems with Fitbit watches.

Hi there, @michelle-marie. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 has stopped tracking your SpO2 data. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step in case that the recommendations provided haven't worked.
Thanks in advance!
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Why would I keep it just between myself and support. The whole part of sharing it in the Fitbit Community is so we can all see who's having like problems if I keep it in support, I feel everybody will think the problem is resolved and it is not it continues. So I will continue with support if I have a different issue because that one will never be resolved and in the interim I will continue posting in the community to see who else is having the problem and if they get the same zero results.

Oh and in addition clearly I did not say my charge 5 was no longer tracking my sp02, what I said was, some days it does and then some days it does not. I also said I've been having that issue on and off for months. And support just doesn't resolve or even acknowledge that there is an issue. In the end, it's always a discount on a new watch with the same issues
