I changed over to Google not long ago. A few days later and the screen on my charge 5 is black and it's not collected any data. Nothing showing for 3 days now.
I've tried the recommended fixes - connecting and disconnecting from the charger, turning off and on the Bluetooth. I've tried to disconnect the device and then reconnect. All I get is the Fitbit diamond with a blue line progressing across underneath but then it says it can't find device. Repeatedly.
Any other suggestions please?

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
