My Charge 5 no longer tracks floors and I have updated the settings.  What is going on and how can I fix this?

Hi there, @Keastman12. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Charge 5.

As @LZeeW has mentioned, please note that  floors aren’t tracked on Charge 5, Luxe or any Inspire series devices. Although it is designed without floor feature, your device can track as many activities as other Fitbit devices does. For more information about your Fitbit Charge 5, you can click this link: Fitbit Charge 5 User Manual.

Hi @Keastman12.  I’m not sure how you got floors credited in the past.  The Charge 5 doesn’t have an altimeter and can’t count floors.

Very strange; they were credited then just stopped.
