My Charge 5 has stopped synching this .owning and there is no display on the watch face

As a first approach and in order to solve the issue with the screen, please restart your Charge 5 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Regarding the syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
