Charge 5 stopped tracking my sleep data

About a week ago the app quit registering sleep. I read the message about servers being down and there was a pink banner explaining the situation. Still no sleep tile or score and no banner about the problem. What’s going on?  

PROBLEM SOLVED. Just went back to app and saw option to add tiles. Sleep was there. Added back and sleep registered
