Charge 5 stopped tracking my sleep score

Hi, I have a Fitbit Charge 5. I have use it from march, and I have a Premium subscription. I used it for months and everytime it gave me a score based on the quality of my sleep, but tonight (after 2 month I didn’t use and wear my Fitbit)… it didn’t. It says how many hours I slept, when I was sleeping deep and when superficial, and all the other things, but no score. How is this possible and how can I solve it?

Thanks for your help!

Hi there, @Zante125. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forms. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5.

Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

With the above being said, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

Hello & welcome @Zante125

If I understand your post correctly, you didn't wear your Charge 5 for 2 months. It may be acting like a new Fitbit and needs to gather data again to set up your sleep score. Hopefully, you will see a sleep score after a few more days.
