Charge 5 stopped tracking steps

Good day!

 
I would like to ask about my Charge 5, I have set this up just last January 1, 2023, it has worked well since until I tried the Run Option for the workout wherein I needed the GPS, after ending the workout, I have noticed it stopped tracking my steps, I have tried and searched for the troubleshooting of the issue but I have failed with each. I would like to inquire on what else may I do to make it work again. Thank you.
 
Does this have something to do with the recent update?

Mine just started doing the same thing.  It’s very strange cuz numbers go up on app but then when it syncs goes right back to where it had been prior excluding all the steps already taken
