My Fitbit Chage 5 band is not vibrating when I receive notifications. Any solutions?

As a first approach, I'd suggest checking if your Fitbit is on sleep or DND mode as these features prevent your Sense from vibrating. To do so, swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings.
