My Fitbit Chage 5 band is not vibrating  when I receive notifications. Any solutions?

Hi there, @SteeleyDan @Cypress7. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details provided in your post. It's sad to hear that your Charge 5 devices are not vibrating either for your notifications nor goals. I'll do my best to help you!

As a first approach, I'd suggest checking if your Fitbit is on sleep or DND mode as these features prevent your Sense from vibrating. To do so, swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings.

My Charge 5 isn't vibrating when I reach a goal (which I am no longer able to specify).
