I went out for a walk today with my Charge 5 and when I got home. I went to synch with my phone and noticed the screen was blank. I went to the Fitbit app and I saw under the notifications section “Looking”! I had the Fitbit on, but it couldn’t find the Charge 5 I was wearing. Anyway, I tried charging the device and still nothing. Lastly, I looked at the back of the Charge 5 and noticed something that looks like condensation inside the battery! I thought Fitbits were waterproof as I don’t wear in while showering, swimming, etc…What the heck! So, my 1year old Charge 5 is dead and gone! Has this happened to anyone else?
