Charge 5 had issues after swimming(black screen), but was working after "reset"(3 time button in 1 sec intervals)
However, after clicking on water lock settings, the watch froze then went back to black and stuck.
Seems like it is responsive, but display isn't working.(Back green lights were coming on)
Not sure if Fitbit can assist or give warranty regarding, since it was purchased through amazon.

Hi there, @Jamnver. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5 and trying to troubleshoot it before reaching out.
If your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.
If you've done the above but to no avail, may I know if your Charge 5 vibrated during the restart process? If it didn't, I'd recommend trying the steps below:
Regarding your inquiry about Amazon, please keep in mind that many things are sold by Amazon, but more than half of the stuff is sold by third party sellers. We provide support for your Fitbit device, but when it comes to reviewing your warranty, we provide a warranty if the Fitbit device was sold by Amazon or by Heartrate Monitors as the warranty covers Fitbit products purchased directly from fitbit.com or an authorized retailer. We advise contacting the seller from whom you purchased the product for further assistance.
For more information about our warranty, see fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty or please feel free to contact our Support Team so they can clarify any doubt.
