I went swimming wearing my Charge 5, and now the fully-charged battery drains within a few hours. Yes, it is charged fully. Yes, I tried restarting it. No, it is no longer wet.
Please advise. Thank you!

Hi, @lomaxnancy77, welcome to the community, swimming should not affect your "Charge 5" I swim regularly with mine & was in the pool for 80 minutes this morning. You do not mention how long you have had your "Charge 5", you may have a claim under Fitbit's warranty depending on where you are and how long you have had it. If it's a recent purchase you may consider using your retailer's returns policy is more convenient. If you want to use the Fitbit route contact "Customer Support"
It's a good move to make a note of where & when you bought the device as the agent will need this information.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
