I went into the sea just for 5 minutes and my charge 5 died. I had thought it was allowed to swim wearing it? Does warranty cover it and if so, how should I proceed? 🙂

Hi there, @FannyVanderbilt. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5.
Although the Charge 5 is water-resistant to 50 meters, I have seen that sea water (salt water) tends to damage many electronic devices, so it's always recommended that you follow the steps listed in the Wear & Care guide, and to dry the watch before wearing it.
Keep in mind that these devices are more designed to be worn at a pool, river or lake, so I wouldn't recommend to use in salt water for a prolonged period of time. You can find all the information in this article.
