I have owned fitbit for over 10 years and have always loved their products. Unfortunately their products seemed to have gotten worse. I have had charge 5 for a while and the first one got damaged from water from me doing the dishes and fitbit sent me a replacement however, it has only lasted for less than 4 months and the same problem occurred. It almost looks like condensation on the battery. I contacted Fitbit and since I have already had a replacement for the same problem they are only willing to offer 50% off a product. Not sure if I will be purchasing and I will have to probably cancel my premium membership. I really love this product but now it seems like the trackers aren’t doing what they say they are. Customer service was okay they are just doing their job but if the product doesn’t work, I’m not going to pay for another one at a discount.
