Charge 5 stopped working after swimming with it

Went light swimming on vacation in pool for 10 minutes...fitbit is dead...I've purchased multiple fitbits for the last 6/7 years.... hoping for a replacement for my charge 5..?

Has anyone else been as unlucky as me with Fitbit warranty? My 7-month old Charge5 stopped working in August (during my morning swim). I sent the device to Fitbit and was promised a new device within 2 weeks. I have sent several questions regarding the promised replacement but they haven’t even bothered to reply. I have never ever experienced anything quite like this.
